The Interfaith Opportunity Network (ION) is helping Goodwin Memorial AME Zion Church raise money to fix their boiler and make other needed repairs at their Woodside Ave. historic church in Amherst. This work totals at least $50,000.

On Saturday, October 26 at 7PM a benefit concert will be held at First Congregational Church. Entertainers will include Annie Patterson with others, Amherst Gospel Choir, Leverett Community Chorus, and a youth group. More people and groups are being sought. Before the concert a separate dinner starting at 5 PM will be held at Grace Church.

Our Dedicated Offering Committee has decided that our UU Society will support Goodwin by providing a Dedicated Offering this November.

Suggested donation $20.00 for each event. Tickets for dinner & concert available from Mary Beth during Social Hour, our UU representative for ION, or from A. J. Hastings.
