The UUSA Social Action Committee invites everybody to the screening of the documentary “Harvest of Empire” October 18, 2017 at 7 p.m.  This event is open to the public and refreshment s will be served.

Harvest of Empire describes the history of US-Central America relations that have contributed to the current mass in-migration, primarily but not exclusively, from south of the border. The screening will be followed by a discussion of what we can do as Unitarian Universalists and as concerned citizens.

Other screenings will follow November 15, February 21, March 23, and April 25 and will be announced. Watch for us in the Bulletin, the Newsletter and Facebook as well as in the local newspapers.
