The Reverend Alison Wohler retired from full-time parish ministry effective the last day of June.  With 11 years of service, Alison is noted as our longest-serving minister since the founding our UU Society in 1887.  Her final service was on Flower Communion Sunday, June 12, 2016.  During the service Alison was presented with several honors, including a plaque that will be permanently mounted in our building that honors her service: “In honor of the outstanding ministry of The Rev. Alison Wohler, 2005 — 2016. With passion and love she helped us grow.”  A rhododendron planted in the front of the Meeting House in Alison’s honor will also serve as a remembrance of her long service.
