Social Inclusion and Colors of Perception

How we view the world is not necessarily through our eyes, but more times than not thru the color of our skin. Whether it be within the framework of our own denomination, or that of our Republic, the struggle to bring to balance, equality, and justice to all is on-going and sometimes profoundly challenging—even for those of us who have worked long and hard toward embracing diversity in our religious communities and in our nation. This is a very important Sunday to be together as we reflect upon what it means to be a human family in a
multi-racial, multi-cultural world.
